ANNOUNCEMENT!! Alright guys we have kept everyone patiently waiting on some news about utility and concepts surrounding the NFT's and what type of community we want to be. After alot of market research with other projects as well as other DEFI and DEX concepts out there we have gotten with our programming team and the Opossum Posse will be hosting our very own sports betting website! This website will come also with our very own native token that will be swapped with Solana and stable with the USD. That way true betting degens like ourselves will have safety in their betting knowing that they won't have to worry about the rise and fall of Solana or the crypto markets as our token will be traded stable with USD. Other features that will be available will include the ability for holders of the native token to provide Liquidity pairs with Solana and will be able to reap benefits of APY gained from swap fees, just like other DEFI platforms such as raydium. Opossum holders will also enjoy other benefits directly associated with betting and swapping. But the real excited news is that ALL HOLDERS will share in the profits from the sports book!!! Just like other projects that provide royalty payouts from casino or secondary market royalties we will be doing the same with our website and our holders! Simply by holding a Opossum in a verified wallet you will receive a proportional share of the profits from the book after betting has ceased for the period. How long until this happens you might ask? unfortunately it takes quite a while to code all of the intricacies of a project like this. There are many layers to an application as well as end to end encryption to provide a secure and ANONYMOUS betting site. We want to make sure the product we deliver is 100% functional on release. For that reason it will take several months for the coding to be completed, but in the mean time we will be minting our opossums and doing alot of giveaways and others to keep the community exited and engaged! Phase 1
10% of mint sales go to pre determined wildlife charity
50% of mint sales go to payroll and startup expenses
30% of mint sales will go into creating a DAO wallet
10% will be rolled back into the project to sweep the floor, these will be either burned or given away as rewards in the future
Phase 2
50% of DAO wallet will be used as a bank for liquidity in order to maintain our stabletoken and the "vig"
50% of the DAO wallet will be voted on by OP holders for other investments including but not limited to: NFT’s, Crypto, Staking/pooling/farming
50% of secondary sale royalties will be rolled into the DAO
50% of secondary sale royalties will be reinvested into the project ie Marketing/programming
Phase 3
Launch of OPsportsbook.com early summer late spring. (Contract latest "due by" date is July 18th)
DAO investments will continue to be made, and dividends will be awarded to holders in Proportion to number of Opossums in verified wallets/ possible rarity boosters for dividends
2nd/3rd Gen Opossum Posse NFT’s will be minted. These NFT’s will unlock a higher % of DAO dividends

Expansion of DEX capabilities/ features

There will be an 80/20 split on all book profits. 80% will go directly back to all NFT holders ( proportional to the amount of NFT's verified in your wallet) 20% will go back to the DEV team for future improvements and maintenance.
